《大陸經濟》Q1房屋銷售價格走跌 年減近15% - 財經知識庫 Apr 13th 2012, 02:39 精實新聞 2012-04-13 10:26:17 記者 余美慧 報導 大陸國家統計局13日公布全國房地產開發和銷售情況，今(2012)年1-3月，大陸商品房銷售面積1億5239萬平米，年減13.6%；商品房銷售額8672億元(人民幣,下同)，年減14.6%。 在商品房銷售面積中，大陸1-3月住宅銷售面積年減15.5%，辦公大樓銷售面積年增11.4%，商業營業用房銷售面積年增5.9%。在銷售額方面，住宅銷售額年減17.5%，辦公大樓銷售額年減10.2%，商業營業用房銷售額年增10.5%。 1-3月大陸全國房地產開發投資1兆0927億元，年增23.5%。其中，住宅投資7443億元，年增19.0%，占房地產開發投資的比重為68.1%。1-3月大陸房地產開發企業房屋施工面積40億9221萬平米，年增25.0%；其中，住宅施工面積30億7653萬平米，年增22.2%。 大陸1-3月房屋新開工面積3億9946萬平米，年增0.3%，增速回落4.8個百分點；其中，住宅新開工面積2億9427萬平米，年減5.2%。房屋竣工面積1億7880萬平米，年增39.3%，其中，住宅竣工面積1億4325萬平方米，年增40%。 1-3月大陸房地產開發企業土地購置面積7859萬平米，年減3.9%；土地成交價款1555億元，年增2.5%。 截至3月底，大陸商品房待售面積3億0122萬平米，較2月底減少404萬平米。其中，住宅待售面積減少227萬平米，商業營業用房減少150萬平米。 有興趣此篇文章的網友，同時也看過下列文章 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.
