房屋的騎樓若部份設攤營業，則不能免徵房屋稅 - 中央通訊社 Mar 26th 2012, 08:58 (中央社訊息服務20120326 16:53:38)屏東縣政府稅務局東港分局表示，房屋的騎樓若供公共通行，沒有做任何使用，則騎樓部份可免徵房屋稅。但若是騎樓全部或部分白天封閉供營業使用，而未營業時仍供公共通行，因該部分已設攤供營業使用，以不符合免稅要件，應按實際情形課徵房屋稅。 該分局表示，在自家騎樓擺攤供賣飲料、小吃等小生意的情形有增加趨勢，雖有預留小部分空間或未營業時仍供公眾通行，但因已屬有營業之事實，不能免徵房屋稅。 該分局特別提醒您，一旦騎樓免徵房屋稅後，騎樓若有營業而變更使用情形，亦須向稅務局申報變更，否則如經人檢舉或查獲，除補徵應納稅額外，尚需處罰款。 訊息來源：屏東縣政府 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.
