住建部發布公租房設計方案 以約40平米戶型為主 - 臺灣新浪網 Mar 15th 2012, 21:03 北京新浪網 (2012-03-16 04:39) 　　本報訊 (記者 孫雪梅)今年2月13日，住建部就公租房優秀設計方案徵求意見。15日，該設計方案正式敲定並下發，其中公租房優秀設計方案由徵求意見稿的7大類23種方案，變成7大類21種方案。這是我國首個保障房的國家指導性設計方案。 　　在公布的戶型中，其中最小面積34.18平方米，最大面積52.5平方米，其中以40平方米左右的戶型為主。以建築面積為41.66平方米的戶型為例，該戶型的使用面積為28.62平方米，還帶有0.48平方米的陽台，整個戶型設計緊湊，基本上沒有空間浪費。按照住建部此前的要求，公租房的建築面積以40平方米左右為主。 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.
