　據大陸民政部網站消息，新疆喀什等地遭受洪澇災害，截至3月23日9時，已有5900餘人受災。

　據新疆維吾爾自治區民政廳報告，3月20－21日，喀什地區嶽普湖縣、和田地區洛浦縣出現降雨天氣過程，給居民生產生活造成一定影響。截至3月23日9時統計，5900餘人受災，2900餘間房屋倒損，直接經濟損失1100餘萬元。
