第三十四條　第21款1.事實發生日 :101/03/152.發生緣由:本公司接獲新竹縣政府稅捐稽徵局裁處書，表示本公司光復北路8號廠房七樓增建部分未依規定申報房屋稅籍有關事項，致漏繳96年至100年房屋稅，爰依房屋稅條例第16條規定補稅裁罰。

3.處理過程:依規定補繳房屋稅。

4.預估可能損失:罰鍰新台幣103,124元。

5.可能獲得保險理賠之金額:無。

6.預計改善情形及未來因應措施:依規定向新竹縣政府稅捐稽徵局申報房屋稅籍相關事項，並於規定期限前繳納罰鍰。
