　　新浪娛樂訊據香港媒體報導，劉若英(奶茶)于08年因裝修住宅期間，大規模裝設按摩浴缸導致樓下鄰居天花板滲漏，遭陳姓鄰居投訴並要求修葺，雙方多次談判不果，最終鬧上法庭。日前二審判決追加賠款，劉若英合計要賠償將近18萬。

　　一審時台北法院判奶茶需賠償逾16萬港元(約人民幣13萬)，陳姓鄰居因不服判果二次上訴。昨日(4月10日)二審判決，劉若英被判再加碼賠償逾63,000港元(約人民幣5萬)，作為陳姓鄰居房屋修繕期間其他損失的費用。經兩輪判決後，劉若英合計要賠償約22萬港元(將近18萬人民幣)。
