房屋出租 會影響房屋稅核課 - 澎湖時報 Mar 14th 2012, 06:05 　（記者嚴光澎報導）稅務局表示，房屋稅是依房屋現值按實際使用情形，分別適用不同的稅率課徵，稅率分別為「住家用1.2％、營業用3％及非住家非營業用2％」3種。房屋出租他人如仍作住家使用，則可繼續按住家用稅率課徵房屋稅；若出租供營業用者，則必須改按營業用稅率課徵，也就是說房屋出租是否會影響房屋稅賦，係以出租後房屋的實際使用情形而定。 　稅務局提醒民眾，原被課以非住家用稅率之房屋，只要日後實際供住家使用，即可申請改按住家用稅率課徵房屋稅。又因房屋稅係按月計課，該局籲請儘早提出申請，才可及早適用較低稅率核課。民眾若對房屋稅核課方式有疑問，可以撥打該局免費服務電話0800692000查詢。 記者：嚴光澎報導 / 2012-03-14 14:00:00 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.
